The Library makes two group study rooms available to all Sapienza students.
Group Study Room “Ingresso del Debbio”
Available from Monday to Friday, during the following time slots:
9:00–13:30 and 13:30–18:00, for groups of 3 to 12 people.
Group Study Room “Fondo Piacentini”
Available from Monday to Friday, during the following time slots:
9:00–12:00, 12:00–15:00, and 15:00–18:00, for groups of 3 to 12 people.
Reservations can be made directly from the personal area of the online catalogue (section “Reservations”, click “Make a new reservation” in the menu on the right), up to 7 days in advance.
Only one member of the group, acting as the group representative, may submit the reservation and must indicate the names of the other participants in the NOTE field at the bottom of the reservation form.
The remaining participants must register their names at the library front desk before accessing the room.
Reservations will be cancelled if the group does not arrive within 30 minutes from the start of the booked time slot, unless special requirements have been communicated in advance.
